Your Curator
I've spent more than 5 years connecting people for a living. I know what it means to create intentional connections — based on needs, mindset, and what each person brings to the group.
Before anyone sets foot on a mountain, I spend weeks understanding who you are, what you need, and who you need to meet. I build a group where every person is relevant to every other.
The week in the Alps is where the magic happens. The real work is done before you even pack your bags.

What You Can Expect
The Alps create an emotional reset no boardroom can replicate. Extraordinary place = extraordinary conversation. When people are out of their element, they let their guard down. That's when real connection happens.
I don't just put people in a room. I spend weeks understanding what each person needs and build a group where everyone is relevant to everyone else. The week is the format. The curation is the product.
Meals together, intentional moments, and a follow-up community to keep connections alive long after the mountain. You'll leave with people you actually want to see again — and you will.
The Week
Mountains + curated connections + skiing = recipe for open-mindedness. You'll meet people you actually want to collaborate with, become friends with, and see again the year after.
(Snowboarders welcome. You need someone to pull you on the straights anyway.)
Groups divided by skill level so no one holds anyone back. Lunches and dinners always together. One full day of guided off-piste skiing for those who want it. (To be payed seperately, on the condition we have enough people want to participate).
Facilitated evening moments designed to go deeper: not workshops, not pitches. Conversations that matter, between people who have already spent a day together on a mountain. And of course, the occasional après-ski. ;-)
Active follow-up and a living community to keep the connections going. The week is where trust is built. The community is where it compounds.

To secure your spot
A non-refundable deposit of €400 is required to reserve your place — deducted from the total price. This covers the cost of locking in your spot while bookings are confirmed.
